Lightweight Calibration Gas Cylinder Options
As well as traditional large steel cylinders for high volume users or automated measuring systems, CryoService offer an extensive range of small lightweight aluminium refillable cylinders for stack testing, gas detection, field work or any other application where you require high gas capacity in a small, light package. Our popular 7 litre 200 Bar offering gives you 1400 litres of gas, yet weighs only 11kgs - an important consideration for site work.
Specialised Gas Regulator Options
Our gas regulator range includes lightweight options such as the Dial-a-Flow, an incredibly compact design with selectable flow options that perfectly complement our cylinder range.
Rental and Sale Options for Special Gases
CryoService do not restrict customers to the mandatory use of rental cylinders but offer a full service including the sale of cylinders and refilling for those that are customer owned. A range of fully refurbished and retested cylinders are available at economic prices for export applications.
Lean Manufacturing for Speciality and Calibration Gases
Our production and distribution facility are housed in the same UK location and this provides a very lean supply chain; no transfer of cylinders from production to outlying distribution depots and a highly efficient production process means that you get your calibration gas in days, not weeks or months.
Certified Gas Mixtures
Mixtures are manufactured, analysed and certified in our own in-house laboratory, using a gravimetric process to ensure accuracy and traceability to national standards. They are individually blended according to a specific recipe and supplied in specially prepared cylinders for maximum stability. The vast majority are bespoke and a combination of experience, sophisticated computer modelling and a library of components means that CryoService are able to offer a multitude of options from the simplest two component non-reactive mixture through to ones containing multiple hydrocarbons or highly reactive gases.
MCERTS and ISO17025
In recent years MCERTS has become recognised as best practice for regulatory monitoring of industrial processes and the CryoService Ultra-Cert range of mixtures, certified in accordance with ISO17025 in our own UKAS calibration laboratory, enables accredited organisations to have their own library of primary reference standards.
