Privacy, Delivery & Returns

The information CryoService learns from customers helps to personalize and continually improve the customer’s shopping experience at cryoservice.co.uk.  CryoService uses the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us.

CryoService also use this information to improve the e-commerce store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of the website.

Any personal information provided to or to be gathered by CryoService is controlled primarily by CryoService Limited, Warndon Business Park, Worcester. WR4 9RH.

Information about CryoService customers is an important part of our business and is not sold or shared with any 3rd parties.

Delivery, Title & Risk
Times and dates stated for delivery can only be estimated. Whilst every effort will be made to meet Customer requirements and deadlines, CryoService cannot accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated timescales.

If for any reason and in the unlikely event that CryoService is unable to deliver goods, the Customer will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order or select alternative goods available.

CryoService cannot accept liability for damage or incomplete deliveries unless notified by the Customer within 7 days of delivery. The Customer is responsible for accepting delivery of goods once ready.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place once goods have been delivered to the Customer's given delivery address. At this point, all risk of loss, breakage and damage pass to the Customer.

Title to the goods passes from CryoService to the Customer when payment has been received in full.

If the Customer is unable to accept delivery of the goods, CryoService reserve the right to re-arrange at a later date, at the Customer's expense.

Returns Policy

All transactions entered into by CryoService with the consumer are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This stipulates that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and that such cancellations must be notified in writing to the seller within a period of 7 working days from date of receipt of goods.

Warranties & Returns
Although CryoService is committed to providing customers with the highest possible quality of products and services, products may, on occasion, be found to be faulty or defective. In any such case the goods can be returned to CryoService and a full refund would be provided.

Subject to the right of the consumers to return goods for refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, CryoService does not sell products on a trial basis. We strongly recommend that our customers check suitability and specification of products before placing orders.

In the event of CryoService agreeing to accept the return for credit of unwanted products at its discretion (unless under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), these must be returned with CryoService’s written agreement within 14 days of date of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Goods returned in these circumstances will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the sales value of the goods, of £20.00, whichever is the greater.

All goods should be returned under a CryoService Returns Authorisation Number, which will be issued by our customer support staff on request. No goods can be accepted for return without this number.

With regard to the return of faulty goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packed. CryoService cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery; customers are advised that goods returned should be sent via either recorded delivery, registered post or by courier, with sufficient insurance to cover replacement value of the goods.

On receipt of the returned product, CryoService will inspect to verify the fault or damage. If, following this procedure the product is found to be in good working order, we will return the product back to you.

All warranties will be rendered inapplicable if goods have been interfered with, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer, or if the goods have not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods supplied to Customers in the UK carry a manufacturer's warranty. If any claim is made against the warranty, Customers must adhere to the manufacturer's instructions and procedures. Where possible, to resolve warranty issues as quickly as possible, the manufacturer will deal directly with the return.
