Lower Lifetime Costs - Certain nitrogen gas generators use membrane technology which degrades over time and only has a guaranteed life of 1 year and results in high ongoing costs. All of our generators use Pressure Swing Adsorption technology that requires no maintenance and also has a minimum 10 year life. Our generators have also been designed to minimise the time taken for general/routine maintenance, with the 2,000 hours (replacement filters) and 4,000 hours (compressor change) maintenance visits limited to only 30 minutes.
All generators are supplied with economy and standby modes to save on your electrical costs and reduce wear on the generator parts. The standby mode is automatic and is activates when gas demand falls.
User-Friendly - Pressure and flow rates are clearly displayed on our easy to use electronic display. A unique maintenance option is also displayed to provide prior warning the generator will require maintenance. Our generators also have a number of inbuilt safety alarms advising of the outlet pressure being too low and CMS pressurisation failure. The safety alarms are indicated on the generator display and also through an audible alarm. If the alarm condition is not rectified, then the generator will shut down safely.
