The CryoService range of combined pure air, nitrogen and hydrogen gas generators provides a genuine alternative to gas cylinder supply. Unlike gas cylinders, which require continuous changeover, our gas generators can run 24 hours a day if required. Therefore, the return on your investment can be realised within 18 months. Not only do you have increased capacity but you also reduce health and safety risks as there is no need for high pressure storage or potential injuries due to manual handling of cylinders.

Lower Lifetime Costs - Pressure Swing Adsorption technology used for pure air and nitrogen requires no maintenance and also has a minimum 10 year life. The patented electrolytic cell for hydrogen does not require continuous top ups of solution or the associated costs of replacing deionising bags.
Our generators have also been designed minimise the time taken for maintenance and are also supplied with economy and standby modes to save on your electrical costs and reduce wear on generator parts.
User-Friendly - A unique maintenance option is displayed to provide prior warning the generator will require maintenance. Our generators also have a number of inbuilt safety alarms advising of leaks, hydrogen overpressure, low level water, outlet pressure too low (nitrogen) and CMS pressurisation failure (nitrogen).
UHP Gas on Demand - Nitrogen and pure air can realise UHP purity within 30 minutes through our unique Fast Start™ system, improving your productivity and capacity.
High Performance - Our hydrocarbon removal (HC) versions provides hydrocarbon removal for the pure air element of the generator. This element of the generator is fitted with a specifically designed platinum-palladium catalytic reactor, which is manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel. The strong oxidant power of this reactor enables hydrocarbons reduction to lower than 0.1ppm.
