CryoSafe is a unique cryogenic tank examination and maintenance service, which may also include distribution pipe work systems.
It is designed to ensure all our CryoSafe customers meet the examination, maintenance and safe operation requirements of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (2000) and provide information, instruction and training to assist you to meet the requirements of other applicable Health and Safety Legislation.
CryoSafe Features
The CryoSafe examination is performed, as required by the regulations, in accordance to CryoService’s written scheme of examination. Once it is complete you are issued with either a certificate testifying to a clean bill of health or detailing the work that needs to be carried out. Any parts found to be below safe operational standards will be repaired or replaced as required.
In addition, our technician will train a nominated member of your staff in the procedures to follow, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. The training programme applies to both existing staff and new employees and can also be provided on request.
Any system improvements required due to changes in legislation will be brought to your attention and will be carried out with your next examination.
What if I own my tanks?
CryoSafe can apply to both leased and customer owned tanks. For the latter we offer a temporary tank hire to cover emergency situations. We can also offer part exchange if you are looking to upgrade or change tanks and a buy back option if wish to change to a lease agreement.
